Well we are in our second berrrr month of the year and still waiting for the chill to come on. But riding weather is not to bad as we have all learned to do 104 degrees standing on our head. Time to get out and enjoy the best part of our riding season.

The Leather district has been pretty busy getting ready for our next event on October 25th, The 5th Annual Witch Hunt. This is always a fun event for us as we get to design a new booth each year for the haunted house. Last year the Haunted House had some pretty scary stuff. So we hope to see you there!

At our October meeting we will be taking nominations for District officers. We will have the elections in November and the new board will be announced at our December meeting. If you missed our last meeting and your thinking about stepping up and volunteering, here is your opportunity. Even if it is just to do communications, which entails calling or emailing reminders to folks about the meeting or runs, every little bit helps. 

I would also like to welcome our new business member Wild Bills Bar located on 27th Ave and Northern. Be sure to stop by and saw hello and remember to tell them you are with the MMA of Arizona and thank them for supporting motorcycle rights.
