On May 12, 2012, Red Mountain District held our 1st
Annual Motorcycle Awareness Event at El Dorado. We
had a great turn out with lots of fun for all. It was hot out
there but, it was worth it. Thanks to everyone who came
out and supported the event. Thanks to Tammy who
worked really hard to make this a great MA event. Not
bad for her first event. I would like to thank the rest of the
Red Mountain Crew that helped with the planning, set-up
and tear down of the event. A special “Thank You” goes
out to the eight vendors as well as Barb, Joe and the staff
at the El Dorado. We had such a good turnout, that we
are going to definitely make this an annual event. See

I know it’s hot out these days and most of us don’t like to
ride much, but we would really love to see you at the
meetings. If you can make it, our July 21 and August 18
Saturday meetings will be held at Mickey D’s Café, 1408
